SailPoint NERM Architect

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint NERM Architect to design and implement secure, scalable solutions for Non-Employee Identity & Risk Management.

This role is ideal for an IAM professional with strong experience in SailPoint NERM, identity governance, third-party risk management, and security controls.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and define architecture for SailPoint NERM (Non-Employee Risk Management).
• Develop end-to-end identity lifecycle processes for vendors, contractors, partners, and other external users.
• Design onboarding, access modification, periodic review, and offboarding workflows.
• Implement risk-based access controls and governance processes.
• Define risk scoring, access reviews, and certification frameworks.
• Integrate NERM with vendor management, HR, IAM, and enterprise systems.
• Design and support API-based integrations and identity federation.
• Establish security and compliance controls for third-party access.
• Ensure adherence to least-privilege and access governance principles.
• Work closely with IAM, Security, Risk, Compliance, HR, Procurement, and business stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of IAM / Identity Governance experience.
• Strong experience with SailPoint NERM or equivalent third-party IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of non-employee identity lifecycle management.
• Experience managing identities for vendors, contractors, partners, and external users.
• Knowledge of vendor lifecycle management and compliance.
• Experience with API integrations and identity federation.
• Strong understanding of security, risk, and access governance.
• Experience with risk-based access controls, access reviews, and certifications.
• Strong architecture, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Exposure to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platforms.
• Experience with enterprise IAM/IGA implementations.
• Background in large-scale enterprise environments.
