In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as a hands-on technical expert and trusted advisor, helping customers design and deliver scalable cloud-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions across complex enterprise environments. You will lead identity integrations, lifecycle management, access governance, and non-employee identity security initiatives while ensuring successful project delivery and long-term customer success. Location: India Employment Type: Remote, Full Time Working time zone: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET ( 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST) What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and NERM solutions Configure and support identity lifecycle management, provisioning, certifications, access requests, and governance workflows Implement and manage Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) capabilities for vendors, contractors, partners, and third-party users Integrate enterprise applications using SailPoint ISC connectors, REST APIs, SCIM, and web services Lead application onboarding activities across SaaS, cloud, API-based, and custom integrations Work with business stakeholders and application owners to gather requirements and define technical solutions Configure identity profiles, access profiles, sources, roles, policies, and lifecycle events within ISC Develop and support custom integrations and automation using APIs, JSON, and scripting technologies Troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, certification, and identity governance issues Conduct demos, workshops, and technical walkthroughs for customers and internal teams Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Support teams to resolve complex IAM challenges Contribute to delivery best practices, reusable templates, and implementation standards Who We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or cloud identity implementations Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow Experience working with SailPoint NERM or third-party identity governance for non-employees Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, certifications, RBAC, and access governance Experience onboarding applications using OOTB, API-based, SaaS, and custom integrations Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SCIM, JSON, and web service integrations Experience integrating platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, and other enterprise applications Familiarity with scripting or development languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, BeanShell, or Java Strong understanding of cloud identity and SaaS-based IAM architectures Experience troubleshooting aggregation, provisioning, connector, and governance-related issues Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills Experience working in customer-facing implementation or consulting roles Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, IT, or related field preferred English language proficiency required Nice-to-Have Skills: SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow certifications Experience with lifecycle states, event triggers, and identity orchestration Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit requirements Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation practices Knowledge of Zero Trust and identity security best practices Experience with IdentityIQ (IIQ) is a plus Understanding of third-party/vendor identity governance and risk management processes #LI-AS1 Why You’ll Love Working Here At KeyData Cyber, we put people first, valuing learning, growth, and work-life balance.
