Role Description

Sales Agent (Remote) – Multiple EU Countries & Languages

Blue Twilight Unipessoal LDA is expanding and is hiring multiple full-time Remote Sales Agents across the European Union.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, communicating with customers, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing leads, presenting our products and services, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in your assigned European market.

Depending on your language skills and assigned region, you may work with customers in one or more European countries.

What You'll Do

• Identify and contact prospective business and retail customers.
• Present and promote our products and services professionally.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Manage leads and sales opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer support.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales management tools.
• Collaborate with an international remote team.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Achieve individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a client-first approach.
• Sales, business development, or account management experience is an advantage.
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and services.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using CRM or sales software is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language is highly desirable.
