Growth & Engagement Intern — Sales and Marketing

Min Vitamix is a personalized supplement provider, building customized, precisely-dosed plans from lifestyle assessments and optional blood tests. All products are GMP certified, vegan-friendly, doping-free, gluten-free, and third-party tested, and shipped directly to customers across Europe. Our mission: freshly formulated supplements unique to each person.

We're looking for a Growth & Engagement Intern to work along side our sales and marketing intern in Germany to help bring our mission to more people across Europe. This isn't a quota-driven sales internship — it's a hands-on growth role for someone who's as energized by customer engagement, shaping marketing strategies, or by a good conversation with a prospective customer. You'll work closely with the founders, with real ownership over projects across both sales and marketing.

• 3–6 months, hybrid (Stockholm office + remote), flexible start date
• Unpaid internship
• Direct mentorship from the founders, with strong potential to convert into a full-time role
  

• Have genuine, consultative conversations with prospects, guiding them to the plan that fits rather than "selling"
• Review athlete and sporting sponsorship agreements
• Nurture warm leads and support existing customers
• Liaise with social media and influencers
• Plan and write email campaigns and content (blog, social, guides) that educate and engage our audience
• Help build and support our affiliate and partner program
• Track campaign and funnel performance, and feed what you learn back into content, emails, and conversations
• Work closely with the founders to shape how Min Vitamix shows up across Europe

• A genuine communicator who enjoys people and can write clearly and warmly
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or related — no prior experience required
• A self-starter mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, eager to learn by doing
• Genuine interest in personalized health, supplements, and evidence-based wellness
• Able to work hybrid in Stockholm; fluent English (other European languages a plus)
