The studio focuses on Pilates and other movement-based exercises for people of all ages, emphasizing mind-body alignment, posture correction, mobility, and internal strength. Each session combines expert-led instruction with world-class equipment in a thoughtfully designed environment. Role Description

We are looking for an articulate, empathetic, and results-driven Remote Membership Advisor to manage our inbound inquiries, book introductory assessment sessions, and close premium reformer package sales.

In this role, you will be the first voice of our boutique studio. Because Pilates is a personalized, premium wellness experience, your approach will be consultative rather than transactional—listening to client pain points (back pain, posture, strength, rehab), educating them on the method, and matching them with the right membership or session pack.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Lead Response: Connect with inbound leads (from Instagram, Google Ads, website inquiries, and WhatsApp) within 5–15 minutes.
• Consultative Discovery Calls: Conduct 5–10 minute phone/WhatsApp consultations to assess prospective clients’ fitness goals, past injuries, lifestyle, and schedule preferences.
• Booking Intro Assessments: Pitch and secure paid introductory/trial bookings on the studio schedule.
• Post-Trial Package Closing: Follow up within 2–4 hours after a client finishes their intro session to convert them into multi-session packs (10/20/30 sessions) or monthly memberships.
• CRM & Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain up-to-date client notes, call logs, follow-up reminders, and payment links in our CRM/booking software.
• Dormant Lead Re-engagement: Run structured check-in workflows for cold leads, lapsed members, and renewal candidates.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1–3+ years of remote sales, inside sales, or teleconsulting experience (background in boutique fitness, high-ticket coaching, luxury retail, hospitality, or wellness is a major plus).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written fluency (polished, warm, confident, and professional phone presence).
• Consultative Selling: Ability to actively listen, build trust, uncover emotional drivers (e.g., posture correction, core rebuilding), and overcome common objections.
• Self-Directed & Organized: High discipline to manage daily follow-ups, speed-to-lead benchmarks, and pipeline tracking independently from home.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace / Sheets, and appointment booking apps.
