Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting property offerings, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing. The specialist will develop and implement marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote properties and company services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations and promotional materials, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting customer service efforts before and after sales. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, participating in training sessions, and representing the company at events, site inspections, and client meetings.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, respond to inquiries, and build lasting relationships.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, manage pipelines, and achieve or exceed targets.
• Experience in Training, including supporting team members or educating clients on products, services, and processes.
• Background in real estate sales, marketing, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing both in-person activities in Lagos and remote tasks.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools and social media platforms for marketing and client communication.
• Minimum of a relevant diploma or degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline) or equivalent professional experience.
