Job Description Customer Service, Sales & Membership Management (Momence): Respond to customer enquiries through Momence and our general inbox. Manage membership enquiries, account updates, bookings, upgrades and cancellations. Review member accounts, payments and membership details. Follow up new leads and membership enquiries with a sales-focused approach. Proactively assist with member retention and offer approved retention options where appropriate. Manage cancellations and communicate our required notice periods. Identify opportunities to sell and upsell memberships, class packs and additional services. Escalate complex member matters where required. Operations & Administration: Monitor and manage our general information inbox. Manage staff profiles, cover requests, pay rates and pay templates. Make timetable changes within Momence, including instructors, class styles, new classes and schedule adjustments. Liaise with Studio Coordinators regarding timetable changes, instructor feedback and operational requirements. Assist with new staff onboarding, contracts and documentation. Manage staff onboarding and compliance through Momence and Cossemble. Monitor staff qualifications, insurance, First Aid certificates and other compliance requirements, including proactively following up upcoming expiries. Maintain shared Google spreadsheets for staff birthdays, anniversaries, insurance renewals, First Aid renewals and other staff information. Respond to group booking enquiries and escalate sales opportunities where appropriate. Create promotional gift cards, vouchers and donations for charities, community groups and partnerships as directed. Conduct occasional member feedback surveys and class quality check-ins. Escalate more complex member, staff or operational matters to us when required. Must Haves Has strong sales background Confident speaking with leads and members, following up enquiries, converting leads, identifying sales opportunities and naturally selling and upselling memberships. They should also be comfortable having retention conversations with members considering cancellation.
