Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales and Rentals Agent role based in the City of Cape Town, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Sales and Rentals Agent will manage the full sales and rental lifecycle, including listing properties, conducting viewings, advising clients on pricing and market trends, and preparing offers. Lease agreements and further admin will be handled by the experienced back-office team. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants, and prospective buyers, while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations and company procedures. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, managing property advertisements on digital platforms, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and working closely with the Rental Management and Estate Management teams. The agent will be expected to meet defined sales and rental targets, maintain up-to-date records in internal systems, and provide ongoing support to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Experience or demonstrated aptitude in Rental Management and property rentals processes, including tenant onboarding, lease administration, and tenancy renewals. Renewals and lease administration will be primarily handled by the back-office.
• Clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients, internal teams, and service providers.
• Previous experience in residential property sales, rentals, or real estate environments is preferred.
• Relevant real estate certification or registration (or willingness to obtain, where required by local regulations).
• Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, CRM or property management systems, online listing platforms, and spreadsheets).
• Proactive, target-driven mindset with strong time management, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport for property viewings and site visits as well as a suitable laptop and cell phone.
