About the Position The Princeton Review is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Assistant to support our Institutional Sales team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations by providing administrative, operational, and cross-functional support to sales representatives and internal partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and takes pride in helping teams operate more efficiently. This position is well suited for an individual with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for supporting educational initiatives within the K–12 market. What You'll Do Strategy & Execution Support sales representatives with daily activities to improve efficiency and ensure timely follow-through on key initiatives. Assist with lead generation, prospect follow-up, and management of inbound inquiries. Help track and report on sales activities, pipeline metrics, and other key performance indicators. Operations Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for members of the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information within Salesforce CRM. Organize, track, and maintain sales-related documentation, reports, and data. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other internal teams to coordinate activities and ensure seamless execution. Facilitate communication across departments to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule. Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as business needs evolve. Who You Are You have prior experience in sales support, administrative support, customer success, or a related coordination role. You have experience working in K–12 education or education-related organizations; experience in EdTech is preferred. You possess exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. You demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. You are able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams. Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management systems is preferred. You are a proactive self-starter who takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision. You are collaborative, adaptable, and enjoy supporting teammates to achieve shared goals. You possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
