Sales Assistant for a Real State Management in United Kingdom (Home Based Part Time)

Client Information The Client is a luxury real estate development and villa management company specializing in premium properties across upscale tropical destinations. Job Description • Conduct outbound cold calls to luxury villa owners and property managers in Turks and Caicos • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents on island • Present and sell the company's luxury resort and villa management services • Generate qualified leads and referrals for the resort and villa management business • Schedule follow-up appointments and consultations with business owner • Close deals independently when equipped with full product knowledge, rates, and contract details • Research and expand prospect database using Excel spreadsheets and independent research • Provide feedback on prospect interactions and market opportunities • Optionally contribute to social media outreach and audience engagement (email, direct messaging, -LinkedIn) • Recommend and suggest process improvements, including CRM system implementation if beneficial Must Haves • Proven experience in cold calling and B2B sales • Strong English communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and database management • Professional demeanor and ability to represent high-end luxury brand • Experience building client relationships and handling objections • Self-motivated with ability to track metrics and conversions Home Office Requirements Please only apply for this role if you have the following home office requirements: · Perfectly working headset and webcam · Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps · Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later · Quiet room with no distractions or background noises · A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift Only applicants meeting the strict criteria above will be contacted.
