Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Coordinate follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales initiatives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account details in the CRM system. Employ best practices to ensure proper targeting and appropriate reimbursement practices. Support EAMs in conducting market research and competitor analysis. Gather and organize feedback from customers to share with the sales and product development teams. Assist in organizing and executing events such as product demonstrations, trade shows, and training sessions. Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and materials for meetings including regular sales forecasts and performance opportunities to the Executive Area Manager. Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning for sales-related activities. Ensure all materials and equipment are prepared and available for events using approved corporate literature, scientific data and presentations to customer and potential customers with approved claims from HA. Develop an in-depth understanding of the ETS’s skin substitute products and services. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare community. Facilitate the order process by entering and tracking orders, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely delivery. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and advancements in wound care. Contribute key learnings to the team at ETS to demonstrate key understanding of the marketplace and places of opportunities. Ensure that all activities conform to company guidelines, travel/expense guidelines compliance standards, Code of Ethics and federal/state/local laws. Your Profile: BS/BA in business, healthcare, or a related field or equivalent experience required. 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in the healthcare or medical device industry. 1-2 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry preferred. Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with supporting field sales teams, including scheduling and organizing events, is an advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for creating reports, presentations, and managing schedules. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce or similar) to manage accounts, track sales activities, and maintain records. Comfort with virtual communication tools (Microsoft Teams) for meetings and presentations. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel to support events or meetings.
