🔍 Position Overview:

We are seeking a tech-savvy, results-driven Business Development Manager on the East Coast to accelerate our expansion in the luxury travel market. This role is ideal for someone who understands the evolving landscape of travel and wants to be at the forefront of AI-powered trip planning.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, agency partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Promote KeyBrain.AI as a competitive differentiator to travel advisors and host agencies.
• Build and nurture relationships with luxury travel agencies, corporate accounts, and consortia partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to craft impactful campaigns and product rollouts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.
• Represent Keytours Vacations at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Report on pipeline progress, sales performance, and strategic growth initiatives.

✅ Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Solid understanding of the luxury travel segment and travel agency ecosystems.
• Strong interest in travel technology, automation, and AI-driven platforms.
• Proven success in building partnerships and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Willingness to travel for industry events and partner meetings.
