Sales Closer - Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, building rapport and understanding their renovation or construction needs. Conduct product demos and showcase lighting solutions, layout designs, and remodeling options to clients. Negotiate terms confidently, upselling additional services or products to maximize sales opportunities. Manage account relationships by providing ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies and merchandising initiatives to attract new clients. Utilize CAD or SketchUp tools for layout design presentations that meet client specifications. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and stock levels using POS systems and retail math principles. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing sales, high-end sales, or fast pace sales environments with a focus on closing high value contracts. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication. Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and coordinate product demos efficiently. Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
