🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive new business through proactive outbound prospecting — calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach
• Work leads end to end: open the conversation, qualify the need, and move the deal forward
• Run discovery calls and product demos that connect real value to real problems
• Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers with confidence
• Build a healthy, active pipeline and keep it moving
• Follow up consistently — most deals are won in the follow-up
• Keep the CRM clean and up to date (activity, notes, pipeline stages)
• Consistently hit and beat your weekly activity and monthly sales targets

🔎 What We're Looking For

• Advanced / fluent English — C1 or C2, written and spoken (required, non-negotiable). You'll be selling to English-speaking prospects every day, so this is a hard filter.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and cold calling — you don't wait for leads to come to you
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and objection-handling skills
• Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
• Self-motivated and disciplined — you can run your day without someone watching over you
• A reliable home office setup and stable high-speed internet
• Genuine hunger to grow: you want more, and you're willing to chase it

💵 Compensation
