Sales Closer - Remote

Part-Time / Full-Time | Remote | $500 USD/month base during trial + commission

We’re looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter & Sales Closer to join our growing marketing agency.

We help real estate teams and service-based businesses generate qualified leads through strategic social media content. Our team creates content designed not just to get views, but to turn attention into conversations, leads, and ultimately new business.

This is a 30-day paid trial. We’ll be hiring multiple candidates and keeping the person who demonstrates the strongest performance, work ethic, and ability to generate revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and reach out to real estate teams and service-based business owners
• Sell our social media content and lead generation services
• Make outbound cold calls and conduct prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Qualify potential clients based on our ideal client profile
• Book qualified sales appointments
• Conduct sales calls and close qualified prospects
• Follow up consistently with prospects who don’t immediately close
• Clearly communicate the value of using social media content to generate leads and grow their business
• Maintain accurate notes and activity in our CRM
• Hit weekly activity, appointment, and revenue targets
• Continuously improve your sales approach based on results

Long story short, you're responsible for find leads, booking your own calendar with calls and closing them. If you show you can do that in the first 30 days, your base salary will double.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales
• Are comfortable speaking directly with business owners
• Have excellent spoken and written English
• Are confident handling objections and asking for the sale
• Are highly motivated by commission and performance
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Are coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
• Are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Have a strong work ethic and take ownership of your results
• Have experience selling marketing, social media, lead generation, SaaS, coaching, or other B2B services (preferred, but not required)

Compensation

30-Day Trial:

• $500 USD/month base
• Performance-based commissions
• Opportunity to earn significantly more based on results

After the trial, the top performer will have the opportunity to continue with us at:

$1,000 USD/month base + commission

This is a performance-based role. We care much more about results than hours worked.

How We’ll Evaluate You

During the trial, you’ll be evaluated on:

• Qualified appointments booked
• Show rate
• Sales conversion rate
• Revenue generated
• Follow-up consistency
• Daily activity
• Coachability
• Communication and professionalism
• Available to work 9AM - 5PM EST Monday to Friday

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and build a long-term sales career, not someone looking for a low-effort remote job.
