Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers with backup power solutions and a proven track record of success. The position is 100% commission with unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities Position starts with modest salary through training period, then 100% uncapped commission compensation. Sales commission based on closed sales with customer from provided leads. Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, incoming leads and networking. Educate customers on the benefits of home power solutions. Conduct home site assessments and provide tailored proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship building. Qualifications Motivated and enthusiastic for success in a fast-moving industry. Willingness to learn about generators, the industry and providing solutions to homeowners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Ability to work independently with integrity and timeliness as part of a collaborative team. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. 3+ years of previous experience in sales (optional - will train). Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
