About this Position The Sales Controller is responsible for supporting commercial and financial performance through sales reporting, incentive plan administration, rebate management, and business analysis. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Regional Controllers, and Business Units to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and data-driven decision making. What you´ll do • Calculate and process distributor rebates in compliance with Corporate Standards. • Support Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), including target setting, calculations, accruals, validations, and reporting. • Execute financial and commercial analyses to support business decisions and performance management. • Prepare and deliver timely and accurate monthly sales reports and KPI dashboards. • Maintain customer master data and ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Regional Controllers, Sales teams, and Business Units. • Serve as the primary contact for third-party commission processes and related inquiries. • Identify business risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations. • Support annual planning activities, forecasts, audits, special projects, and key business deliverables. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, effectiveness, and controls. What makes you a good fit • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related field preferred). • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience; Accounting, Finance, or Commercial Controlling experience preferred. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. • Knowledge of financial statements, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. • Ability to proactively identify risks and opportunities and develop value-added solutions. • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot, VBA, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Macros. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Power BI. • Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP. • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
