Sales Coordinator – Hair Transplantation
We are an international hair transplantation company serving patients from around the world. As our international patient portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and play an active role in managing patient communication and supporting the sales process.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating with international patients, following up with leads, coordinating the sales process, and ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience from the first contact through to booking.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent English – excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, medical tourism, healthcare, or a similar role is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, follow-up, and persuasion skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with international patients.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously.
Proactive, target-oriented, and able to take ownership of the sales process.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Availability to work in alignment with U.S. working hours is required.
