Sales Coordinator - Malaysia

Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily sales operations including order processing, delivery follow‑ups, and documentation. Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries with high accuracy. Support distributor partners with product information, pricing updates, promotional materials, and compliance documents. Assist the sales team in organizing meetings, training sessions, and business reviews. Track inventory levels, forecast needs, and communicate stock risks to relevant teams. Ensure all sales activities follow company policies, commercial guidelines, and technical standards. Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate departments. Support execution of marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and product launches. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or commercial operations (Safety PPE business preferred). Excellent communication skills in English. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams (sales, logistics, finance, marketing). Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and urgency. Preferred Skills Experience working with regional distributors or multi‑country operations. Knowledge of sales forecasting, inventory management, or basic financial concepts.
