We are growing across Europe and are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us build predictable pipeline.

Role overview

As an Outbound SDR, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities by proactively prospecting e-commerce brands and qualifying potential customers. This is a high-activity outbound role, with a strong focus on cold calling, learning, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Proactively reach out to e-commerce brands via cold calls (primary channel), email, and LinkedIn
• Maintain a consistent level of daily outbound activity
• Attend Tradeshows
• Identify and qualify decision-makers (e-commerce, marketing, growth, operations)
• Understand prospect needs and assess fit with Perfection42’ s solution
• Book qualified discovery meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate activity and lead information in the CRM
• Learn how to run structured outbound campaigns end-to-end
• Improve through regular call reviews, feedback, and hands-on coaching

What we’re looking for

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development
• Fluent in English (C2 level, spoken and written)
• Excellent with outbound approaches such as cold calling.
• Proactive and action-oriented, with the ability to stay consistent in an outbound role
• Curious and open to direct feedback
• Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic
• Ambition to build a long-term career in SaaS sales

Experience with SaaS or e-commerce is required
