NextGen builds and runs outbound sales engines for B2B companies across Ireland, the UK, Europe, the US and MENA. Our clients are fintech, financial services, SaaS and technology businesses who hire us because we can build pipeline faster and better than they can in-house.

That means our SDRs aren't sitting on one product for three years. You'll represent serious, well-known B2B brands, learn several markets, and build a rep that compounds far quicker than a single-company role.

What you'll be doing

• Running outbound campaigns for client accounts: cold calling, email, LinkedIn
• Researching accounts properly and building target lists that make sense, not spraying a list someone handed you
• Booking qualified meetings for client sales teams and handing them over cleanly
• Personalising outreach based on real signals such as funding, hiring, tech stack and org changes
• Working closely with client-side AEs and our internal GTM leads on messaging and ICP
• Keeping CRM and reporting tight. We're measured on numbers and so are you

What we're looking for

• 1+ years in a sales role with an outbound component: SDR, BDR, inside sales, recruitment or similar
• Comfortable on the phone. This role involves real cold calling, every day
• Strong written English and the judgement to write an email a busy exec would actually reply to
• Genuinely curious about the businesses you're selling into
• Coachable, competitive, and able to handle a high-volume day without losing quality
• Self-managing. This is a fully remote role and we hire people who don't need chasing

Nice to have

• Experience selling into fintech, SaaS or financial services
• Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Instantly, Orum
• Experience across multiple markets or time zones
