What you'll actually do:

• Work leads within minutes, not hours — speed wins or you lose the deal
• Qualify prospects and book them straight onto our closers' calendars
• Hammer follow-up until it's a yes or a dead lead — nothing sits and rots
• Keep the CRM airtight — every call logged, every lead tagged, no excuses
• Send a non-negotiable end-of-day report
