We’re looking for a confident and experienced Insurance SDR with a strong background in Auto and Home Insurance to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate understands the insurance industry, is comfortable speaking with prospects, and has a proven ability to generate leads and consistently set qualified appointments.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers
Engage prospects regarding Auto and Home Insurance
Identify qualified prospects and understand their insurance needs
Set qualified appointments on a daily basis
Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up
Accurately record prospect information and activity in the CRM
Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
Communicate professionally and confidently with potential customers
✅ Requirements
Previous insurance sales experience is required
Experience specifically with Auto and Home Insurance
Strong understanding of insurance products and the sales process
Proven experience in appointment setting or lead generation
Confident and professional communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
Strong English communication skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented
Able to consistently meet daily appointment-setting goals

We're looking for someone who doesn't need extensive training on the basics of insurance sales. You should already understand Auto and Home Insurance, feel comfortable speaking with prospects, and be confident asking for the appointment.
