Sales Development Representative

EsteNove, a leading provider of health tourism services based in Istanbul, specializes in high-quality hair transplantation, dental, and aesthetic operations for international patients, primarily from Europe and the USA.

We are looking for an SDR to manage inbound leads and ensure they are fully qualified and ready for medical consultation.

This is not a sales or closing role.

The focus is on speed, data completeness, and process accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (healthcare-related field is an advantage, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort with structured, rule-based processes
• Clear communication in English
• Discipline in CRM usage
• Experience in healthcare or medical tourism is a plus, not a requirement.

Job Description:

• Respond to inbound leads within defined SLAs
• Manage leads from web, paid channels, and social media (including Instagram DM)
• Collect and verify: Medical information, Required patient photos
• Ensure no lead is transferred without full qualification
• Work fully within CRM and follow defined workflows
