About the role:
The Sales Development Representative will closely work with senior sales/business development and delivery operations leadership teams to execute targeted outbound campaigns and generate qualified meetings and opportunities across priority accounts and markets. The SDR will be responsible for multi-channel prospecting, consistent follow-up and lead nurturing, accurate CRM management, and providing visibility into campaign performance and market feedback.
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven professional, highly organized and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. Strong follow-through, ownership, and CRM discipline are critical to success in this role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns across priority accounts, prospects, industries, and personas based on agreed sales and go-to-market priorities.
- Create target prospect and contact lists based on defined campaign criteria, using general research, internal resources, and approved databases.
- Conduct account and stakeholder research to understand organizational structures, relevant teams, decision-makers, business priorities, strategic initiatives, and potential areas of opportunity.
- Work on market reach out activities / initiatives / campaigns / conferences prep material to promote the organization in the target markets.
- Conduct multi-channel prospecting through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels to engage prospective clients and generate interest in Evalueserve’s capabilities.
- Own prospect follow-up and lead nurturing, maintaining appropriate outreach cadences and progressing prospects until they are qualified, handed off, or formally dispositioned.
- Candidate would be expected to perform database management activities i.e. search based on the business requirement and build database for his or her own market outreach activities from open sources and some paid sourced provided by the organization.
- Maintain organized repositories of prospect, account, campaign, and market intelligence so relevant information is accessible across Sales, Business Development, and supporting teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely information in HubSpot, including accounts, contacts, outreach activities, responses, follow-ups, meetings, lead status/disposition, opportunities, and next steps.
- He / she would be expected to perform outbound sales calling activity on a regular basis generating interest amongst our target prospects, qualifying prospects, and securing maximum sales / business development high qualified leads and appointments for Evalueserve front line onshore sales and business development team across the globe.
- Take ownership of assigned markets, campaigns, and prospect pipelines, proactively identifying opportunities and recommending new approaches rather than relying solely on assigned lists or instructions.
Skills we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong cold calling skills with the confidence to engage decision-makers over the phone.
- Resilience and persistence to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude and consistent activity levels.
- Good Research Skills: He / She would be required to perform basic level research on the target market i.e., companies, banks, and prospective clients etc.
- Understanding of how Private Equity, Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, and Investment Banking firms work as well as knowledge of related work streams is preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM tools. Familiarity with HubSpot would be an added advantage.
- Develop, contribute, and execute innovative ideas as a part of Inside sales strategy: Ability to think on feet, apply sales framework, and convince prospects to meet with the company representatives and further who would be working with minimal handholding.
- Ability to communicate effectively through e-mail and via phone is essential with sincere attention to details while speaking to internal and external prospects.
- Flexible and comfortable working on some overlap with the US hours based on the specific requirements.
