About Not Average. We are a US-based creator marketing agency focused on gaming and tech. We connect brands with YouTube creators, and we do it with data: a proprietary platform tracking 2,500+ creators with collaboration history and 2,000+ brands investing in creator marketing, plus our own campaign tracking tech. Brands like the ones you already know from your favorite creators' integrations work with us.
The role. You will own the top of our demand engine: researching brands in our intelligence platform, running cold email outreach with a proven playbook, and leading first discovery calls with US brand managers, in English, on camera. You hand hot opportunities to the founder, who closes. Everything you touch gets logged in our CRM: we run on data, not vibes.
The career path. This is not a forever-cold-calling seat. After ~90 days of hitting your numbers, you start closing standard deals yourself, with commission on every deal you close. Top performers on this track earn $2,500-3,000+/month. If the engine scales, you are the first commercial chair of the agency.
What we are looking for:
- 1-3+ years as SDR/BDR doing real cold outbound to US markets (agency, SaaS or media). You know your numbers: reply rates, meetings booked, quota attainment. Be ready to show them.
- Spoken English at real meeting level (C1). You will pitch US brand managers live.
- Written English that gets replies from people who receive 100 cold emails a day.
- Remote async self-management: you work with a founder, not a manager over your shoulder.
- Bonus: you actually play games or live in creator content. You will feel it in the job.
Compensation.
- Base: $1,000-1,200/month
- Performance bonus per qualified meeting held: $60 each for the first six of the month, $90 from the seventh on. No cap.
- Commission on the first closed deal of every account you open, and full deal commissions once you move to the closer track.
- OTE year one: $1,600-1,900/month, above that on the closer track.

You get a system, not a blank spreadsheet: a brand intelligence platform telling you who is already buying creator marketing, a tested outreach playbook, and direct deal-room access to a founder who closes five-figure deals. You will learn more sales here in six months than in three years of demos.
The process.

2) Shortlisted candidates record a 3-minute video in English: pitch Not Average to a gaming brand manager.
3) 30-minute interview: bring your numbers.
4) One-week paid work trial, async.
