This is a test of how keen you are with details and how well you follow instructions. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ 3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom ) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos . Important: By submitting your video, you grant Coconut permission to share it on our platforms to help increase your chances of being matched with a client. Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification. Experience Needed : - Own the pipeline target. Book 10 to 15 qualified calls per month for our AE team. - Build your own lists. Use our ICP to identify and research the right companies and decision-makers. No lists will be handed to you. - Find and verify contact data. Source, scrub, and verify emails and contact info so your outreach actually lands. - Write your own outreach. Draft cold emails, LinkedIn messages, call scripts, and Loom outreach. The AE will help sharpen messaging and offers, but you own the writing and the volume. - Run all channels. Email, LinkedIn messaging, cold calling, and Loom video outreach are all expected. You decide how to sequence and mix them, but you are running the full stack, not cherry-picking one or two. - Manage your numbers. Track your outreach volume, reply rates, and booked calls, and report on what is working. - Keep the CRM and tools clean. Log activity, keep records accurate, and hand off booked calls to the AE with the context they need. Good to have: - Experience selling to or booking calls with US-based founders, CEOs, and SMB decision-makers. - Experience in staffing, recruiting, B2B services, or SaaS outbound. - A track record you can show us: booked-call numbers, reply rates, or campaigns you have run. Non-negotiable Requirements: - **You know how to book meetings.** You have at least 2 years of outbound experience and are comfortable reaching prospects through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and Loom. - **You don't wait to be told what to do.** Give you an ideal customer profile and a goal, and you'll find the right prospects, build clean lists, and make it happen. - **You communicate well and keep improving.** Your outreach feels natural and personal, and you're always looking at what's working, taking feedback, and refining your approach.
