Sales Development Representative (Remote) – Australian Premium Cleaning Company

We are looking for a friendly and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing premium residential cleaning company based in Sydney, Australia.

Your main responsibility will be converting warm leads into paying customers. Every lead has already contacted us through our website, so you won’t be cold calling.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Calling new leads who requested a cleaning quote
• Understanding the customer’s needs
• Explaining our premium cleaning service
• Providing quotes using our pricing guidelines
• Following up with leads who haven’t booked yet
• Handling objections professionally
• Closing bookings
• Asking happy customers for referrals
• Updating our CRM with call notes
