Build a Real Career This isn't a dead-end sales job. Our SDRs are developed into future Account Executives and sales leaders through ongoing coaching and hands-on experience. Every Day Is Different One day you'll be meeting local business owners, another day you'll be prospecting new opportunities, presenting solutions, or closing your first deal. What You'll Do: Build Relationships Prospect new customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and local business outreach. Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges. Identify opportunities where Dempsey can improve a customer's image, safety, and operational efficiency. Grow the Business Present Dempsey's uniform and linen rental solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Manage the sales process from initial conversation through signed agreement for designated accounts. Partner with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities while learning from experienced professionals. Stay Organized Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within Salesforce. Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects. Achieve monthly activity, meeting, and revenue goals while continually developing your skills.
