Our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are highly trained, creative, and systematic professional communicators who build deep trust from the very first touchpoint.

We are evolving our business development function and are looking for hungry, elite sales professionals from around the world to join our tight-knit, high-performing outbound team.

• Targeting the Top Tier: You will not be pitching small-time prospects. You will engage directly with decision-makers at high-value US firms, ranging from 50+ employees up to the Fortune 500.
• Uncapped Earning Potential: We reward output. Your expected realistic earnings will range between $2,000 and $3,000 per month, but your earning potential is completely uncapped. The harder and smarter you work, the more you take home.
• World-Class Sales Academy: You will receive daily, direct coaching from elite sales leaders. You will learn the exact communication frameworks, pacing techniques, and conversion psychology required to book enterprise meetings with world-class companies.

You will own your desk and manage a highly strategic outbound sequence:

• Generating Customized Visibility Reports: Analyze prospects’ active digital presence and use our internal systems to score their executive visibility.
• High-Intent Outreach: Deliver hyper-personalized, professional outreach pointing out their specific visibility gaps and delivering our "done-for-you" value proposition.
• Persistent & Innovative Follow-Up Cadences: Executives are busy. You will master multi-touch campaigns across LinkedIn and email in order to secure their time.
• Daily Performance Huddles: Attend our daily morning syncs to celebrate wins, analyze objections, and review and optimize your approach with peer-led feedback.

• Possesses Exceptional English Proficiency: You must have highly competent spoken and written English to communicate seamlessly with US-based C-suite executives, fully digest internal training, and execute the nuances of the role.
• Can Align with US Hours: This is a full-time role requiring you to work standard business hours within a US timezone.
• Is Locally Based: While this is a remote role, you must currently reside in the specific geographic location where this job was advertised.
