Triadex is a data-driven, AI-enabled marketing company that helps multi-location brands acquire, retain, and grow customers. We combine direct mail, digital marketing, proprietary data, analytics, and attribution to turn marketing spend into measurable local growth. For more than 20 years, we have served national and regional brands across restaurants, retail, automotive, home services, franchising, and other multi-location sectors.
We are a founder-led, full-service agency with a modern delivery model that blends automation with senior human strategy. Our teams plan, execute, and measure campaigns across direct mail, paid search, paid social, programmatic and connected TV, local search, content, and online reputation, all supported by clean data and clear reporting.
The Home Services DivisionThis role is part of Triadex Home Services Agency Solutions, our dedicated home services line of business. We bring the full Triadex platform to national OEMs, distributors, dealers, franchises, chains, and independent contractors.
We sell and serve top-down, turning OEM co-op dollars, distributor marketing development funds (MDF), and franchise co-op budgets into brand-compliant national-to-local campaigns that drive measurable sell-through. Programs may direct traffic to brand or regional locator websites, dealer websites, or individual locations. Whether the client has one location or several hundred, our goal is consistent, accountable local marketing.
We serve HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration, cleaning, landscaping, carpet cleaning, remodeling, painting, water treatment, pressure washing, and related home services verticals. The division is in a deliberate growth phase, and this role will be central to that expansion.
Why This Role ExistsWe are scaling Triadex Home Services Agency Solutions into a significantly larger business and need a sales operations-minded rainmaker to lead from the front. This is a player-coach role: you will spend most of your time hunting and closing new business while developing and managing a small team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), each with their own book of business.
You will own your pipeline and the team’s total production. You will build and scale the SDR function, run the operating cadence that keeps activity and forecasts honest, and partner with the Digital Strategy team and CMO to package advertising programs that win at the brand, distributor, dealer, franchise, and contractor levels.
This role requires someone who already understands the home services agency space, channel sales, and how channel marketing teams operate within HVAC OEMs, distributors, and franchise brands.
