Job Title: Sales Director

Location: California (Hybrid/ Remote)

About the Client and Role

• Our client is a publicly traded, US HQ'd semiconductor manufacturer within Power. Serving a broad range of customers, including but not limited to Data Centers, Automotive, Industrial, Consumer and more.
• They have a global presence, with multiple sites in the US, Europe and Asia.
• Over $1BN in revenue and a high growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales for core customers within Data Center & Consumer markets.
• $500M In revenue responsibility.
• Lead a team of 4-5 direct reports, whilst looking to actively grow the team focused on Account Managers, FAEs, Inside sales and more.
• Be present in front of customers along the West Coast - With some international travel expectations.
• 60% of your time will be focused on farming large existing customers, the additional 40% of your time will be focused on identifying and growing the existing customer base, as well as hunting new business opportunities, as well as new design wins.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven sales and account management background within the semiconductor or technology ecosystem. Ideally within Power (Gan, Sic, Multiphase controllers etc) But with flexibility across RF, Analog & Mixed Signal.
• Experience managing large consumer-focused accounts such as: Google, Amazon, NIVIDIA and more.
• Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to build executive-level relationships.
• Comfortable spending significant time in front of customers rather than operating primarily from an office environment.
• Highly proactive and commercially driven personality.
• Demonstrated ability to create opportunities through direct engagement and relationship development.
• Strong communication skills and credibility with enterprise customers.
