POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Enablement Manager converts product, pricing, formulary, process, and systems change into field execution that accelerates revenue, strengthens customer confidence, and reduces operational risk. This role owns the sales enablement operating rhythm, product-fluent guidance, cascade communications, adoption measurement, field reinforcement, and cross-functional translation across Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and commercial leadership. AI is a force multiplier, used to increase speed, scale, quality, personalization, and decision-making while maintaining rigorous human judgment and compliance controls. In Empower's hyper-growth, highly regulated 503A/503B environment, the manager builds trusted, repeatable mechanisms that keep sellers current and accountable. Success requires P80-P90 talent: strategic thinking, disciplined execution, learning agility, strong product curiosity, and the ability to translate complex change into clear actions that improve seller performance and customer outcomes with enterprise-level consistency and sustained commercial discipline. RESPONSIBILITIES Enablement Strategy Enablement Architecture: Build and continuously improve the sales enablement operating system that converts business priorities into clear field actions. Define intake, prioritization, communication, training, reinforcement, and measurement workflows across product, pricing, formulary, process, and systems changes. Use AI to synthesize inputs, identify gaps, tailor content by customer segment, and accelerate execution while applying human review and governance appropriate to Empower's regulated 503A/503B commercial environment and growth expectations. Field Alignment: Translate enterprise priorities into customer-segment-specific direction that sellers can apply immediately in live conversations. Partner with sales leadership to understand performance barriers, field workflows, and adoption needs, then shape enablement plans that improve clarity, consistency, and speed. Use AI to analyze feedback, surface recurring friction, and personalize reinforcement at scale while preserving approved messaging, appropriate escalation paths, and disciplined execution across rapidly evolving commercial priorities. Performance Focus: Establish outcome-oriented enablement priorities tied to seller readiness, adoption, customer experience, and commercial performance. Define success measures for major launches, changes, and campaigns, then use data to distinguish distribution from actual understanding and application. Apply AI to detect adoption patterns, summarize qualitative feedback, and support faster decisions about where reinforcement is needed. Maintain a high bar for measurable impact, accountability, learning agility, and continuous improvement across the sales organization. Product and Change Enablement Product Fluency: Develop deep working knowledge across assigned therapeutic areas, products, formulary status, pricing dynamics, positioning, and competitive context. Translate complex updates into concise, accurate guidance that reflects the realities of each customer segment and reduces dependence on upstream teams for interpretation. Use AI to accelerate research, compare source materials, draft field-ready explanations, and identify knowledge gaps, with rigorous validation against approved information and regulated commercial requirements before guidance reaches sellers. Cascade Ownership: Own the end-to-end cascade for product-relevant news, including new product introductions, outages, restocks, marketing campaigns, pricing updates, process changes, and upcoming short-dated product. Match urgency, channel, and reinforcement to the business need so sellers receive timely, actionable direction. Use AI to rapidly summarize change, generate audience-specific drafts, and support channel orchestration while maintaining one accountable source, clear approvals, and disciplined controls over message accuracy and release timing. Knowledge Governance: Maintain a trusted single source of truth for current enablement guidance, playbooks, job aids, frequently asked questions, and critical change history. Establish content ownership, review cadence, version control, and retirement standards so sellers can confidently find the latest direction. Use AI to improve searchability, identify conflicting or stale content, recommend updates, and generate concise summaries while ensuring human validation, traceability, and compliance safeguards remain embedded in knowledge-management practices. Adoption and Accountability Adoption Measurement: Build practical mechanisms that verify sellers received, understood, and applied material updates rather than assuming communication equals adoption. Create certifications, knowledge checks, completion tracking, reinforcement loops, and manager visibility for compliance-relevant or high-impact changes. Use AI to analyze completion data, flag comprehension risks, identify coaching themes, and prioritize interventions. Escalate meaningful gaps to sales leadership and provide transparent reporting that connects enablement activity to readiness, behavior change, and performance outcomes. Learning Reinforcement: Design reinforcement experiences that convert one-time communication into sustained field behavior, including microlearning, manager toolkits, role-based practice, office hours, and targeted refreshers. Use observed confusion, seller questions, customer scenarios, and performance signals to determine where additional support is required. Apply AI to generate practice scenarios, personalize learning pathways, summarize recurring questions, and scale coaching content while preserving approved guidance and appropriate human oversight for regulated or high-risk topics. Manager Enablement: Equip frontline sales leaders to reinforce changes consistently through clear talking points, coaching prompts, adoption dashboards, and escalation guidance. Establish expectations for manager follow-through and create visibility into teams that require additional support. Use AI to summarize team-level trends, identify likely coaching priorities, and prepare targeted reinforcement recommendations while ensuring leaders retain judgment and accountability. Strengthen the connection between centralized enablement, daily sales management, and measurable execution in the field. Cross-Functional Execution Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, commercial leadership, and other subject-matter experts to convert complex initiatives into executable field plans. Clarify ownership, dependencies, approval requirements, launch timing, and reinforcement needs before communications reach sellers. Use AI to synthesize stakeholder inputs, surface inconsistencies, accelerate draft development, and improve decision quality. Resolve ambiguity early, protect message integrity, and ensure enablement reflects both business objectives and practical field realities. Field Intelligence: Serve as a feedback channel from sellers and customer-facing teams into Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and leadership. Capture recurring questions, workflow friction, content gaps, and customer objections, then convert patterns into actionable recommendations. Use AI to categorize qualitative feedback, identify emerging themes, and accelerate insight generation across large input volumes. Separate signal from noise, validate conclusions with stakeholders, and drive targeted changes that improve guidance, processes, tools, and seller effectiveness. Execution Rigor: Manage multiple enablement initiatives with disciplined planning, prioritization, documentation, and follow-through in a fast-changing environment. Anticipate risks, sequence work against business urgency, and ensure critical updates are delivered accurately without creating unnecessary channel noise. Use AI to streamline project tracking, summarize decisions, flag dependencies, and accelerate routine work, freeing capacity for judgment-intensive execution. Model high ownership, responsiveness, learning agility, and operational precision expected of high-performing talent at Empower. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Advanced sales enablement and commercial operations capability, including change communications, learning reinforcement, knowledge management, seller readiness, adoption measurement, and scalable operating-rhythm design.
