Sales, Enablement & MI Analyst

Role Overview Provide junior-level support across Sales Operations, Sales Enablement and Management Information, helping to keep sales data accurate, reporting consistent and operational activity well organised. The role will support Salesforce data quality, MI production, enablement activity and day-to-day sales operations, while developing a strong understanding of sales processes, governance and reporting across the business. Key Responsibilities Management Information & Reporting Support the production and maintenance of sales, pipeline and performance reports. Help prepare dashboards, reporting packs and regular MI for stakeholders. Review data to identify trends, gaps and areas that need follow-up. Respond to straightforward ad hoc reporting requests, escalating where needed. Salesforce, Data Quality & Process Support Support Salesforce data quality checks, updates and reporting accuracy. Help monitor, investigate and resolve data issues, with guidance from more experienced team members. Support users with basic Salesforce, reporting and process queries. Help promote consistent use of agreed sales processes and governance steps. Sales Operations & Enablement Support Support pipeline reviews, sales governance activity and operational meeting preparation. Help coordinate sales enablement activity, including maintaining materials, trackers and team updates. Track actions, follow-ups and key opportunity information to support visibility and delivery. Provide practical administrative and analytical support across the wider Sales Enablement and Operations team. Continuous Improvement Identify simple opportunities to improve reporting, data quality and operational processes. Support automation, AI and efficiency initiatives where appropriate. Maintain basic process notes, reporting guidance and team documentation.
