Join our Motion Fluid Power Technical & Solutions team to drive sales growth by leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities in Motion Fluid Power, focusing on strategic accounts and key infrastructure projects. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Workshop teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer service. What kind of work may be involved? Project manage key accounts ensuring successful delivery. Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to grow the MFP business. Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales follow-up. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Participate in trade shows and industry events to enhance company visibility. Handle product claims and assist with stock management and hose assembly activities as needed. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies. Ideal skills & experience: Experience in selling industrial/hydraulic hose. Strong passion for the Motion business and its offerings. Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external customers. Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and sound judgment. Excellent communication and engagement skills. Ability to grow existing customers and target new business successfully. Proficient with MS Office, CRM systems, and other relevant software. What is in it for you?
