Do you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, traveling internationally, and working with world-class hotel brands?

Force Windows is a rapidly growing international company supplying premium impact windows and doors for luxury hotels, resorts, condominiums, and high-end residential projects throughout the Caribbean and the United States.

We're looking for an energetic, confident, and ambitious sales professional who wants to build an international career. Previous experience in the construction or window industry is not required. We will provide product training, we're looking for someone with strong communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for sales.

What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with hotel owners, developers, architects, designers, and contractors.
• Generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings.
• Travel throughout the Caribbean approximately 25% of the time.
• Work closely with our estimating and project management teams.
• Represent Force Windows professionally at meetings, project sites, and industry events.
• Help grow one of the fastest-growing companies in the luxury hospitality construction market.

Requirements

• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Valid U.S. Visa (Required).
• Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and confidence meeting with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere

Experience Preferred

No construction experience is necessary.
