Sales Executive

A boutique digital asset banking group are looking for a Sales Associate (Digital Assets & OTC Trading) to join the team. You'll originate and develop institutional OTC relationships, connecting sophisticated counterparties with reliable large-volume digital asset and fiat execution.

You will be working with your network family offices, private wealth managers, investment firms, payment companies, and corporate treasury teams across key international financial centers, using your existing network to bring high-quality, recurring trading relationships to the desk.

This role has been created to support the continued growth of the firm's institutional OTC business, and is designed for someone with an established network rather than someone who would be building one from scratch.

Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

• Identify and introduce new institutional and professional OTC clients, leveraging an existing network of family offices, asset managers, funds, digital asset businesses, and corporate treasury teams
• Build a qualified pipeline of prospective OTC clients, with a focus on requirements involving major stablecoins, BTC, and fiat-to-digital-asset conversion
• Establish trusted relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers, understanding their trading volumes, settlement requirements, and operational needs
• Work closely with the OTC trading desk to structure commercially viable opportunities, coordinating client introductions and pricing discussions
• Maintain visibility over prospective clients and pipeline conversion, providing regular updates on active opportunities and market intelligence
• Represent the firm at relevant industry events and private networking opportunities where commercially appropriate

Requirements of the Sales Associate:

• Demonstrated experience in institutional sales, OTC trading, digital assets, banking, payments, private wealth, or financial services
• An established, credible network in one or more major international financial centers capable of producing qualified introductions
• Familiarity with major stablecoins and fiat-to-digital-asset transactions
• Ability to communicate confidently with founders, principals, family offices, CFOs, and senior executives
• Comfort working independently across multiple jurisdictions and time zones, with strong commercial judgment and discretion

This role offers a commission-based structure tied directly to the business you originate.

This is a remote role, open to candidates internationally.
