Tasks
As part of our Sales Team, the Sales Executive joins our forces to conquer the market and win new clients, driving our business forward and taking it to the next level.
You will own a significant part of the sales cycle, from identifying and engaging potential clients to qualifying opportunities and driving them through the commercial process. Working hand-in-hand with the CEO, you will ensure that the right opportunities progress to strategic demos, negotiations and ultimately signature.
This is a highly hands-on role combining business development, sales qualification, relationship building and pipeline management, with the opportunity to progressively take ownership of an even larger part of the sales cycle.
This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, industry events and networking.
- Research target accounts and identify the relevant stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Generate new sales opportunities and build a strong, qualified pipeline.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects' organization, challenges, needs, technology environment, decision process and commercial potential.
- Deliver initial product presentations and qualification demos when appropriate.
- Qualify opportunities and coordinate strategic demos with the CEO for relevant prospects.
- Maintain ownership of opportunities throughout the sales process, ensuring clear next steps and proactive follow-up until signature.
- Prepare commercial proposals and quotations based on the commercial terms agreed with the CEO.
- Work hand-in-hand with the CEO on strategic demos, commercial discussions, negotiations and closing.
- Meet or exceed individual targets related to qualified opportunities, pipeline generation and signed revenue.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM and provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline to the CEO.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handover and client onboarding after signature.
- Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape and our product's features and updates.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand the network and generate leads.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or a similar commercial position, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven experience in prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
- Comfortable engaging prospects through cold outreach, networking and industry events.
- Strong discovery and qualification skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, relevant stakeholders and genuine business opportunities.
- Confidence in delivering initial product presentations and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to proactively drive opportunities forward throughout the sales process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Highly organized and rigorous when it comes to follow-ups, pipeline management and sales administration.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the CEO and other team members throughout the sales process until signature.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and remote environment.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a strong plus, and an established network within the hospitality or technology ecosystem will be considered a valuable asset.

- French, German or Spanish – full professional proficiency (C1 or above) – an advantage.
