We're looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive to help accelerate our growth in Ireland. This is a full-cycle sales role, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
You'll identify new opportunities, engage decision-makers, understand customer challenges, present tailored solutions, and guide prospects through the entire sales process — from first conversation to signed agreement.
💼 What you’ll do:
Identify and engage potential customers across target industries in Ireland
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing
Present Mapon's fleet management, asset tracking, and telematics solutions to decision-makers
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving sales targets
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Maintain accurate CRM records
Collaborate with Sales, Growth and Product teams, and share market feedback to improve our sales approach
✅ What we’re looking for:
Native English and excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of closing deals
Confidence in both outbound prospecting and commercial conversations
Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Curious and coachable — you’re eager to learn, take feedback well, and want to grow in sales
Resilient — you’re not afraid of rejection and know how to bounce back with energy
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms, etc.)

Final interview
