Sales Executive (High Ticket Closer)

Role Description

1. The Sales Executive (High Ticket Closer) is a full-time remote role responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships for the agency’s digital marketing services.
2. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, preparing and delivering sales presentations, developing tailored proposals aligned with client needs and closing leads.
3. The Sales Executive will follow up on inquiries, manage a sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
4. The role also involves tracking performance against targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing feedback on market trends and client requirements to support service improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and consultative selling, with the ability to understand and articulate client needs.
• Experience in digital marketing or advertising sales, preferably with familiarity in Facebook Ads.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, including handling objections and negotiating win-win agreements.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and basic productivity software for managing pipelines and reporting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including virtual presentation skills for remote client meetings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort interpreting campaign performance and ROI metrics.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in agency, SaaS, or B2B service environments is an advantage.
