IFS is seeking a AI Sales Specialist – Industrial Intelligence/Logistics/Sustainability to drive market growth for our AI-enabled logistics, supply chain and sustainability solutions within industrial markets. This role is designed for a seller who understands both logistics operations and applied AI , and can articulate how advanced optimization, predictive intelligence, and automation transform supply chains at scale. What You’ll Do Drive net-new revenue by hunting into industrial accounts with complex logistics and supply chain challengesn covering DACH & East . Lead value-based discussions on how AI improves planning, inventory optimization, transportation, sustainability footprint reportings and logistics execution . Position IFS logistics solutions as AI-driven, industry-specific, and operationally proven. Engage senior supply chain, finance, operations, and IT leaders in outcome-focused conversations. Close large, multi-stakeholder opportunities with 6-7 digit ACV . Collaborate with industry sales teams, logistics specialists, and solution consultants to execute a unified GTM strategy. Required: Proven sales hunter with success selling complex enterprise software. Demonstrated experience selling AI solutions , ideally including agentic systems, automation platforms, or intelligent workflow technologies. Strong understanding of how AI agents integrate with enterprise systems and operational processes. A technically credible, consultative seller who can translate emerging AI concepts into business outcomes. Curious, adaptable, and deeply engaged with the evolution of agentic AI and enterprise automation. Preferred: Experience selling into industrial markets such as manufacturing, energy, aerospace & defense, engineering, and/or construction.
