Responsible for managing the entire sales process with assigned brokers and direct prospects or sales leads as assigned by Sales Manager. Consistently meet or exceed assigned goals. Present to and communicate with decision makers and key influencers. Conduct member education sessions as requested. The Sales Executive is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with assigned brokers and territories to drive profitable net new business growth. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Effectively communicate and present to decision-makers and key influencers within client organizations. Conduct member education sessions as requested to enhance understanding of products and services. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, underwriting, and customer service, to support broker and client needs. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics.
