We’re live with pilots and inbound interest from Premiership Rugby, MLS, and European football clubs. This is an early, high-growth category and we’re hiring the person to lead our commercial push.

The Role

Sell Neve into sports clubs, performance clinics, and health organisations. Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close deals with clubs, clinics, and orgs

• Build and manage a pipeline from warm inbound and cold outreach

• Represent Neve in meetings, demos, and pilot conversions

• Feed market insight back into pricing and positioning

What You’ll Need

• Proven track record closing B2B deals

• Comfortable starting commission-only, with a plan to earn your way into a full-time seat

• Confident opening doors into sports, health, or performance organisations

• Genuine excitement about neuroscience and performance tech

Compensation

Start commission-only, uncapped. Prove the model and move to base salary + commission + equity.
