We excel in leveraging our knowledge and sourcing expertise to establish effective connections between suppliers and customers, thereby facilitating optimal business solutions tailored to meet specific customer requirements Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking. • Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues. • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to communicate sales results and market trends to senior management. • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Arisan's products and services. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering • + 5 Years of Raw Material Sales experience within food industry or experience in food production sector • Advanced English skills • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,SAP, CRM software, and other relevant tools. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. #arisan
