About the Company

A fast-growing US fintech is expanding its India sales team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will sell a product that is reshaping how businesses move money, with real pipeline and revenue to own from day one. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will own deals end to end, running discovery, demos, and negotiation to turn qualified pipeline into closed revenue while building the playbook the team grows on.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline and Closing

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to signed contract
• Run product demos and map solutions to each prospect's needs
• Negotiate pricing and terms to hit and exceed quota

Process and Collaboration

• Manage and forecast pipeline accurately in the CRM
• Partner with SDRs, marketing, and customer success on handoffs
• Document what works and feed it back into the sales playbook

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years in B2B or fintech sales with a closing role
• A track record of hitting or exceeding quota
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on with CRM tools and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling financial or payments products
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
• Comfort with a partial US time-zone overlap
