About the role

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing remote team. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in appointment setting, sales operations, and remote team management within the call center industry.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales representatives, driving performance, improving KPIs, and ensuring a high-energy and results-driven environment. You will work closely with upper management and cross-functional departments to maintain operational excellence and achieve company goals.

Responsabilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate remote sales teams to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor daily performance metrics and provide ongoing feedback and mentorship
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
• Conduct team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and appointment-setting standards
• Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations departments
• Analyze sales reports and identify areas of improvement
• Maintain strong communication and accountability across the team
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new agents when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Remote Sales Manager or Call Center Manager
• Proven experience managing remote sales or appointment-setting teams
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with cold calling, appointment setting, and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience using CRM systems, dialers, spreadsheets, and sales management tools
• Ability to adapt to schedule changes when required

Schedule & Compensation

• 💻 100% Remote Position
• 💰 $9 USD per hour
• 🕘 Monday to Friday
• ⏰ Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM PST
• 🔄 Flexibility for schedule adjustments when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Home Improvement campaigns is a plus
• Experience managing international remote teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
