نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مدير مبيعات لتطوير العملاء وشركاء قنوات التوزيع وفرص المشاريع المتعلقة بمنتجات الحماية من الحرائق والحلول ذات الصلة.

هذه فرصة تعاون مرنة وعن بُعد وعلى أساس المشاريع. ولا يُشترط وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال الحماية من الحرائق.

المسؤوليات

• تطوير العملاء والموزعين وشركاء قنوات التوزيع
• بناء علاقات مع المقاولين وأصحاب المشاريع والشركات الهندسية وفرق المشتريات
• تحديد احتياجات العملاء والتوصية بالمنتجات والحلول المناسبة
• متابعة طلبات عروض الأسعار والمواصفات الفنية وعروض الأسعار وفرص المشاريع
• جمع معلومات السوق والأسعار والفرص التجارية

المؤهلات

• الاهتمام بالمبيعات بين الشركات (B2B) أو تطوير العملاء أو التعاون في المشاريع
• مهارات جيدة في التواصل وبناء العلاقات
• القدرة على فهم احتياجات العملاء ومتابعة الاستفسارات
• المبادرة وتحمل المسؤولية والاستعداد للتعلم
• تُعد الموارد الحالية من العملاء أو قنوات التوزيع ميزة إضافية، ولكنها ليست شرطًا

المهارات المطلوبة

• مهارات تطوير العملاء والتواصل
• القدرة على تحديد الفرص التجارية ومتابعة العملاء
• القدرة على تنسيق الاستفسارات الأساسية المتعلقة بالمنتجات وعروض الأسعار ومعلومات المشاريع
• مستوى جيد من المسؤولية المهنية والقدرة على الإدارة الذاتية

About the Company

SolutionMall is a global B2B platform for products and integrated solutions. We support product selection, RFQs, quotations and supplier coordination.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop customers, channel partners and project opportunities for fire protection products and related solutions.

This is a flexible, remote and project-based cooperation opportunity. No fire-protection industry background is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop customers, distributors and channel partners
• Build relationships with contractors, project owners, engineering companies and procurement teams
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Follow up RFQs, specifications, quotations and project opportunities
• Collect market, pricing and business opportunity information

Qualifications

• Interest in B2B sales, customer development or project cooperation
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and follow up on inquiries
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Existing customer or channel resources are an advantage, but not required

Required Skills

• Customer development and communication skills
• Ability to identify business opportunities and follow up with customers
• Ability to coordinate basic product inquiries, quotations and project information
• Good work responsibility and self-management ability

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales, distribution, project sales or customer development is an advantage
• Existing customer, contractor, distributor or channel resources are an advantage

Pay Range and Compensation Package
