Sales Manager - Medical Tourism (Remote, Turkey)

About the Role

We are a US-based medical tourism company connecting international patients with top clinics in Turkey for hair transplant, dental, and plastic surgery procedures. We're looking for a Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle, from first contact with a warm, inbound lead to closing the deal.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads from website, social media, and referral partners - no cold calling.
• Guide clients through the full journey: understand their needs, present treatment options, address objections, and close the sale.
• Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with clients throughout the process.
• Track leads and sales activity, and provide regular reporting.
• Respond promptly to new inquiries, including evenings, to maximize conversion.

Requirements

• Proven track record of active sales specifically in medical tourism, with measurable results.
• Fluent, professional Russian and English - spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills; able to build trust and guide clients to a decision without pressure.
• Based in Istanbul or elsewhere in Turkey, able to work in a Turkey-friendly time zone.
• Comfortable working with a steady volume of inbound leads and shifting priorities.

Compensation

• Base salary $1,000/month + 5% commission on sales.
