Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Regional Sales Manager – Greece. In this role, you will take full ownership of the Greek market, driving sales growth, building lasting customer relationships, and executing tailored sales strategies that resonate with local industries and business culture. You will identify new opportunities across key sectors (logistics, construction, manufacturing, maritime, and more), manage strategic accounts, and collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure brand alignment and market relevance.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Proven experience in the workwear, PPE, or HIVIS industry – you understand the products, regulations, and customer needs.
• Strong track record in sales strategy development and execution, with measurable results.
• Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills – you know how to build trust with B2B clients.
• Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and growth opportunities in Greece.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Greek (native or near-native) and English – you can negotiate, present, and build rapport effortlessly in both languages.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
