Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi telecommunications market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
• Drive B2B sales and manage strategic accounts.
• Develop sales pipelines, forecasts, and regular performance reports.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, presales, and delivery teams to develop suitable solutions for clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development within the Telecommunications industry.
• Strong experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales.
• Good understanding of the Saudi Arabian telecom market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and complex sales cycles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong commercial and market-development mindset.
